How Timber's Environmental Performance is encouraging a new age in wood

The environmental performance of any material is a key selection factor in 21st Century construction. Wood offers so many benefits over other mainstream construction materials, that it's becoming clear we are now in a new Age of Wood.

Our presentation at this year's 'Sustainable Building with Timber' day at Ecobuild - Timber Performance - demonstrates how wood is used not just in 'Iconic' buildings in the UK, but in 'everyday' projects such as transport interchanges, swimming pools, schools, public buildings and in housing.
