A meeting of the major industry bodies was held on January 23rd as a follow-up to last year's Norton House Summit, which sought to clarify the respective roles of the different organisations representing the industry.

The TTF was charged with leading a coherent lobbying drive, to include other key organisations like ConFor, the UKTFA and the WIPF. At the meeting it was agreed the focus should be on sustainable construction, and that wood for good's role would be to provide the messages and the supporting evidence, particularly on LCA and Thermal Mass.
